
WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spi

The WSET Level 3 Advanced qualification is intended to provide in-depth knowledge of a wide range of wines and spirits and is open to students who hold the WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate or can demonstrate knowledge at Intermediate Level through completion of equivalent courses or sufficient wine trade experience. The course covers wines and spirits of the world in considerable depth. All sessions include tastings.
The Advanced Certificate is a unitised course and requires students to prove competency in theory and tasting. The examination for the Advanced Certificate is in two parts, a theory examination of 50 multiple-choice questions and four short-answer questions plus a tasting examination consisting of a blind tasting of one wine.

Time : The course will take place over 3 evenings and 3 days. 23rd February (evening 6.30pm to 9.30 pm), 6th March (day 9.00 am to 4.30 pm), 9th March (evening 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm), 13th March (day 9.00 am to 4.30 pm), 16th March (evening 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm), 20th March (day 9.00 am to 4.30 pm).
